Parents Can’t access their child account eve though they got invited
Hello Brightwheel Support,
Im experiencing an issue with a new childs profile that I created yesterday.
Yesterday, I created the childs profile and sent the invitation to the parents. They successfully received the invitation email, but they are unable to access their account or see any information for their child in the Brightwheel app.
I have already tried sending the invitation again, but the issue remains the same.
Could you please help me determine why the parents cannot access their account and assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

I can't sign in and sign out my kids enrolled in my child care. I also received an email stating that no invoices were sent out; however, I do see that parents paid on time. I just want to verify every payment is on its way.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Fully refunded unauthorized chargers and blocked my card from being used again.
File with the BBB, FTC, and CFPB before reaching out to Bright wheel. When reaching out send a cease and desist letter via email and snail mail. They will eventually respond, just be patient. Also contact bank/credit card company and request new cards and a stop to any and all automated card updating services.
Bright wheel will not updated where other wallets will not. That's a whole other issue with Chase and the FTC now.
This company somehow got my credit card number once and keeps trying to charge me $80 every 1-3 days. I change cards, and these *** get the new number. Beware!

My Brightwheel will not open. I have done everything it has asked me to do.

She says things like she doesn't control payment. Considering her letting me know that my payment failed but then begins to keep overcharging me when I have the money in.
